I have been shut out of Thunderbird
My email was working perfectly. This morning I have no access to the program or my email history only a message saying "Setting up your email address". Filled in my details and ticked the POP3 box. Rejected every time?
What can I do? Please help.

Do you use Avast or AVG?

There have been several reports of Avast causing the type of problem you've seen. Avast and AVG are made by the same company, so the fix is probably the same.
