SOCKS v5 authentication
ZoogVPN support wrote: «modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox) don't support authentication with SOCKS5, they only support it with HTTP proxies». Is this really true? Mozilla Firefox does not prompt or save username and password when trying to connect to a private SOCKS v5, and the setting "Connection Settings" / "Configure Proxy Access to the Internet" / "Do not prompt for authentication if password is saved" cannot be used to use logins and passwords from SOCKS v5?
