The problem is the crawl states it cannot find the send, as well as all other items but does bring up input

The almost complete stoppage of the mail appeared about a week ago. I noticed that I needed to upgrade my 52.1.1 to 60.9.1. I tried this and the attempted simply booted me out after at least trying to down load the request. On the brighter side mail does appear but nothing else.

I cannot figure out what the issue is. What did you upgrade? What booted you out? What is not appearing? Are you using WIndows, Linux, or MAC? What version of TB are you using?
