As of today Firefox does not open any websites, though Safari does. I am on an iMac and on High Sierra and until today all was well and has been for very many years.

There is no error message, just New Tab with a dot moving left and right

As a test, try to go to about:config and switch network.http.http3.enabled to false, then restart the browser.

Hi

I appreciate that you may have done this already, but please can you restart Firefox which should resolve this issue.

Yes. It worked. Do I now leave it at false?

To Seburo I had restarted Firefox and restarted my computer but neither worked. The bit above about setting the network etc to false did work though. Robin

Try to switch back to true. Firefox has witnessed outages and we are sorry for that. We believe it's fixed and now a restart of Firefox should restore normal behaviour.

Dear TyDraniou Yes. I switched back to TRUE, restarted Firefox, and all still works fine. Many thanks Robin
