Firefox 91.3 headless mode fails

I upgrade from version 78 to version 91.3. I am running selenium in headless mode. It failed when I upgraded to 91.3. Some errors that are printed 

 glxtest:libci missing
 glxtest: Unable to open a connection to the X Server
 libEGL intialize failed
 No GPUs detected via PCI.
