Hello,

i have some messages in iso-8859-2. Thunderbird uses utf-8 default, so this messages looks bad. Before TB 91, i used views->Character encodig, and all was ok. Now this menu disappeared and the new auto encodig feature do not work if i want to forward an iso-8859-2 encoded message.. Char set menu add on do not help in 91.3.2 anymore: If i select the added menu all menus become unaccessible till a TB restart..
