Can’t print nor download

There is no link on FF any more that leads me to a way to print or download.

Looking for months for relief, I find online help that refers to a “Menu Button”, which AFAICT isn’t there, and when I try the three-line button, nothing is there that the help file says it is.

This is a large part of FF’s usefulness to me, so it’s a burden to work around these two items with messaging, email, etc.

Is there a straightforward way to print a .pdf or download it?
