Hello!

Hope to get some expert help on this which has been on my Thunderbird for the past few days since I tried to send an email with an attachment.

Here is the screenshot: https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuE7b99

My question: How do I receive or get rid of the red 95% sending bar on the bottom right hand corner? When I clicked on it, it showed me this error: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7KuAJO6g

However, I checked my website/webhost's cPanel, and it seems that it's not 95% full. I've restarted my Thunderbird mail and started it again, to no avail.

Hope someone can help me out here.

Thank you!

it has nothing to do with sending. It indicates the amount of storage available on the server, and might include everything stored in the account, including mail, backups, file storage etc. If you have nothing besides mail with this provider, I would think their server software is reporting incorrect storage numbers. What is the size of your TB profile folder, after compacting all folders?

Thanks for your help, sfhowes.. I've attached my cPanel stats here - I see that there's still a fair bit of space left? Or am I viewing the right stats?

The image shows a 'Disk Usage' of 57GB + 406MB, but there is no stated limit. I don't know what the 100GB STORAGE refers to on the Quota tab, or if it's even accurate. I think you have contact the host and find out exactly what the limits are, if any, for mail accounts, and what your current mail storage is (95.7GB? Then compare with the size of the Mail and ImapMail folders in your TB profile folder (Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder).
