Every Few Days TB Stops Updating All Inboxes

I have about 12 accounts in TB. They are gmail, yahoo, outlook, and ZOHO.

On my tablet computer (Windows 8.1, latest TB) TB will be working fine for a few days. Then it will no longer retrieve the new contents of the inboxes. When I click Get All new messages nothing happens and the status bar at the bottom does not change.

If I select any Inbox I will see a spinning blue circle (SBC). This will continue forever. If I select another folder (Sent, Archives, etc) Ii will see the SBC for a few seconds then it goes away. It does this for the inboxes of all accounts.

I can go to my phone and using the mail app that came with the phone I can see a whole lot of new messages that are not showing in the TB inboxes.

If I then terminate TB and restart it, all the new message headers will appear in all the inboxes. TB will then work fine for a few days.

I also have the same configuration of TB on my Windows 8.1 desktop and it always works and never exhibits this problem.
