New July Windows Update causing audio to drop out when streaming using the FireFox Browser

My PC updated to the full removal of Flash. As of this morning 7/7/2021 when I stream any video on YouTube, Hulu or any other video streaming service the audio will drop out after about 10s.

I am able to playback video/audio without issue on chrome and Explorer, but not on FireFox my preferred browser.
