Automatically convert large incoming attachments to links? And resize embedded images?

We can use Filelink to convert large attachments on outgoing emails, but has anyone come up with a way to convert large attachment automatically on INCOMING emails (before they hit your inbox).

We also receive emails with large imbedded images that it would be great to automatically resize on inbound emails if anyone has any idea?
