I have accidentally deleted my inbox.msf file. Then, I lost my email for a year and tried the tutorial in this link (https://support.mozilla.org/id/questions/1155024), but I didn't find "X-Mozilla-Status: 0019"

What I found when I opened the email using a text editor, the email contained in the 2020 turned into very long unreadable text. Is there any solution regarding this?
