VPN disconnect on iPhones; unsubscribe "dark pattern"?
When I learned about the Mozilla VPN I was very excited to try it because I have been a Mozilla fan for many, many years. Alas, on both my and my wife's iPhones it kept disconnecting multiple times a day for no reason (my WiFi is fast and reliable - triple-checked it). On a Windows laptop, the Mozilla VPN was working fine, but we wanted the VPN primarily for mobile, so - disappointed - now have to unsubscribe.
Well, when I tried to unsubscribe and get the refund (only tried the VPN for a couple of days), it got weird. There was simply no way to do it, whether in the app or on the site. I tried these steps multiple times, yet I kept getting redirected back to the main support page, going in circles again and again: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/help-i-still-have-questions-about-mozilla-vpn Honestly, it felt like "dark patterns" you'd expect from Comcast and other large unethical companies trying to keep your subscription. Mozilla would do no such a thing, must be just an accident, right? Please take a look and let us know.
