mozilla VPN reimbursement due to incompatibility with my computer

Hi,

Just by a few minute ago a mozilla VPN product. But it does not work with my mac, too old it seems, How can I get a reimbursement ? They said ine the FAQ we can just ask for it in the Mozilla VPN window, but since I cannot even install the VPN, I cannot ask directly.

Hey, As of now I am not aware that there are is any other official way to do it other than from the app itself. Can you install the VPN on your smartphone then continue with the refund steps listed in the link below? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-request-refund-mozilla-vpn
