On Linux I observe that firefox always create the ~/.mozilla directory. In spite of putting the config inside ~/.config/mozilla and in spite of the ~/.cache/mozilla directory exists.

Is there a reason (or a problem in my system) why mozilla is not using the XDG_CONFIG_HOME ?
