Recovering older tabs (from history or something) after firefox upgrade lost.

I had opened my Firefox and, before I restore the previous session tabs, but suddenly it crashes after a firefox update happen. it also made a crash report.

But now I cant get my restore tabs back. I also try this post https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1261665

that didn't work also. I would like to get the url pages back again what I had open. When I place the upgrade.jsonlz4-20210318103112 back in main profile directory and rename it to sessionstore.jsonlz4. Boot up the firefox the first page stays white and doesn't do anything. I also made .zip backup from full directory to be sure.

Any help would be nice.
