How to COMPLETELY disable screen sharing and microphone access?

As a privacy-conscious person, I find some of Firefox's new features disturbing.

Bad enough that Firefox can share my clipboard with sites (hopefully disabled by setting dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to FALSE).

But I've learned that Firefox can now capture my screen and share that with sites! What a privacy nightmare - one bug and the entire world sees my most personal documents! And if I had a microphone or camera plugged in, Firefox could share that too!

Please could someone tell me what is the most absolute, thorough way to disable these horrible features at the top level, so that they could NEVER be allowed to operate, not even by a bug?
