Setting up your Firefox account so that you can use 1Password. There is too much from which to choose and the information is not where you are told to look

Finally discovered I’m on version 30. But the menu bar does not have an Add -on > Extensions so I can turn on 1-Password. Also I want to sync between all devices but the instruction seem to go on forever and I’m lost.
