Firefox continues to use camera after relevant tab is closed

When I use a video calling website, Firefox uses my camera. However, after I am done with the call and I close the video call tab, the camera is still in use by Firefox. The camera stops being used as soon as I close out the Firefox browser entirely.

I am currently using Firefox 83.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10 Professional. The camera I am using is a Logitech C920 USB webcam.
