Unable to launch Thunderbird - "Your computer must be restarted"
I have attached the pop up which appears asking me to reboot my computer. I have done this four times with no result. I have tried to delete Thunderbird and the same popup appears.

Deleting the Thunderbird program directory and reinstalling normally helps.
