Firefox 81.0.2 can't sign up for 'Get Status Updates ' on fedex.com. IE 11 can.

When I go to fedex.com, (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track) enter a tracking number, click on Track, I can see the travel history, etc but cannot seem to complete the 'Get Status Updates'. I am able to enter all the requested information and when I enter my email address for the second time at the bottom, 'Submit' turns from gray to Orange but clicking it does nothing. When I do the exact same thing in IE 11, it works correctly and I get the 'Notifications have been sent to the following recipient(s) .' as expected.

I am using Firefox 81.0.2 on Windows 7 Pro SP1. Fedex updates have not worked for several Firefox versions.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
