With the upgrade to 78, the buttons within the read mail sub-window are driving me crazy. In the past, I had a single button that defaulted to 'reply all', 'reply list' or 'reply' based on how I received the mail. Thus, if it had multiple recipients, clicking it would cause 'reply all' without having to think about it. Now, I have separate buttons and the first one is the basic 'reply', so by habit, I am dropping people off the conversation. I miss the smart reply button! So, I thought I would just go and rearrange the button order, but I can't find any way to move, eliminate or change the buttons in this sub-window. I can change the buttons in the main email bars, but not the ones in the read-mail window. Am I missing something? (FWIW, I have been using Tbird and FireFox since 1999. These last few releases are making me seriously consider if it is time to start looking for a new email and browser. Even Outlook is starting to look good to me again. Please stop deleting things. I don't mind new things 'fancy' things being added, but when you kill old features that we have been using for years, it drives us nuts.) Tony
