Importing an Outlook archive file without Outlook installed

At work I used Outlook installed on my Windows office PC (or it may have been on the network). When I retired I bought a personal Windows 7 PC to use at home and copied all my personal stuff onto it. I apparently exported a file from Outlook archiving all my emails, which I migrated to my PC - it is called (My Documents) \Outlook\Personal Folder.pst.msf (10Kb). It appears all to be there when looked at in a hex editor.

Thus I no longer have Outlook itself on the PC - can I import this archive file into Thunderbird 78.4.0 32 bit?

Thanks

Thunderbird can not do this. It can only import from the outlook application. Your best choice is find software on the web that converts PST files to MBOX files.
