When security and productivity collide
I am a DirecTV customer and should be able to watch programs on my Win10 device, but Firefox disagrees. On the DirecTV site, when I click Watch Now, it wants to install the DTV player. When Firefox is redirected to the download page, it throws a certificate error and screeches to a halt. I would expect an opportunity to assume the risk and continue, but none is offered. I opened MS Edge, which I don't want to use, and it installed the viewer, no problem. This is the URL from which FF is redirected : https://www.directv.com/Channels/Fox-Business-Network-HD-359?modal=/modal/install/359/channe. This is the URL of the error : https://metrics.directv.com/b/ss/dtvdirectvcomprod/4/REDIR?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdirectv.vo.llnwd.net%2Fe5%2Fcinema%2Fplugin%2FVideoGuard.13.0.exe&pe=lnk_d&pev1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.directv.com%2FChannels%2FFox-Business-Network-HD-359%3Fmoda%3D%2Fmodal%2Finstall%2F359%2Fchannel&pev2=DIRECTV_Player_13.. Screen shot of the error uploaded. Any help would be appreciated.
