How do I import email folders and lightning calendar data from a backup disc
My old computer burned out. Now on new computer. Nice man who sold me the new computer salvaged what he could from the old computer and I have everything on an external hard drive. I have found files that look like the y contain the email folders and calendar dat from Thunderbird. How do I import these onto the new computer please?

The hard disk what kind of disk is this?
Is it an HDD or an SSD? Is this only the mentioned messages from your old inbox back in a folder, copied and saved on hard disk with your calendar information? or are there operating systems on it?
Do you have a wire to connect it to your USB connection?
