Click the grey star next to the sender's address in the Header Pane to add it to Personal Address Book. Click it again to edit the details or add to a different address book (see picture). The star will turn yellow to indicate it's in an address book.

I have a star next to the name in the 'from' field from an email that I received. That star is not blue (not filled), but when I click on it, nothing happens. Not added to the addressbook, not being made blue, nothing. Help?!
