Missing Inbox message content

T-bird 68.12.0 (64bit). 2nd Sept. All my messages in Inbox received before 2020/8/31 16.04 are now opening with NO contents displayed. Directory still show original message size. Just no content is visible. At my wits end, having a meltdown. Someone please help. Would be very much appreciated.

When opened another doc from just before this one then got blank screen but TAb header shows previous opened doc.

What should I be seeing in that screenshot? I see a message opened in a new tab and its contents are visible just fine. Perhaps you uploaded the wrong screenshot.

When the headers and message bodies are mixed up, it's sometimes fixed by rebuilding the folder index. Right-click the folder, Properties, click Repair Folder.
