Importing bookmarks from Safari on iPhone to Firefox on PC

My old PC crashed and now I have a new. I would like to import my old Firefox bookmarks (from my old PC) which I have on my iPhone and transfer those to Firefox on my new PC.

How to do? It seems as it is no longer possible to install Safari on PC (which this suggests: https://support.mozilla.org/da/questions/1285031).
