The available topics do not address my concerns. I never thought the day would come that I would be disappointed with Firefox. Please can I have the old version back? Maybe it's my old tablet but the new version is no as intuitive as the old one. Where has the back arrow disappeared to? I would hate to change to another browser after 13 years.

Hi John

Thank you for your question, I will do my best to help.

It is not possible to go back to the old version of Firefox for Android, but I do recomend that you give the new vesion a good try. I have been using the early builds for over a year and have been impressed by how browsing is much smoother and the interface is easier to use.

The back arrow is the Android back button - since that is already available to use and is easer to find without taking up screen space it should be faster and easier to use than opening a menu.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for the response. I remain unhappy. So now I leave the Mozilla fold. Never thought I would see the day. With the address bar at the bottom I cannot see the usual three buttons. It is white and nothing shows because the new Firefox page covers the entire screen.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
