Most of the files (Inbox, sent etc.) were migrated to the new computer correctly. But 2 of them not. There are in the same folder as the ones migrated correctly but Thunderbird seems to ignore them.

I'm assuming the folders do not appear in the Folder Pane.

Pop or Imap account or Local Folders?

If imap, does subscribing to see them again work?

Are the missing folders subfolders to another folder and is that top level folder missing as well ?

Access the 'profile name folder.

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • Click on 'Open folder' button

If pop or Local Folders account:

  • Click on 'Mail' folder
  • Click on pop or Local folders folder
  • Post image showing all contents of folder
  • State the name of the missing folder(s)

If you have *.sbd folder(s) that contain missing folder:

  • open *sbd folder and post image of contents.
