Hi, I recently installed Firefox on computer running macos. I needed specific version of Firefox for a device that works with certificates needed to log in to government site for citizens, so I went to search for previous versions and right now I don't know exactly how but I got a version in Baskian language. It is the language I do not understand at all. Now, I removed that application and added new one, latest version of FF. Since then I have just part of UI in English and part - still in Baskian! Removing/uninstalling does not solve the issue. Can somebody help me find Firefox settings file/folder to get rid of initial preferences from the first installation. The option suggested in support sites of Mozzilla is not applicable. See the screenshot attached, the option to remove Baskian is greyed out. I would just like to go back to English version.

Thanks!

If you already have installed the en-US Firefox version then there might be a problem with the startup caches.

Try to start Firefox once with the -purgecaches command line switch to refresh the startup caches. Make sure that Firefox is closed via "Firefox -> Exit/Quit Firefox".
