My bookmark of Whatsapp for Web (https://web.whatsapp.com/) recently changed its title to "eita".

It is possible but highly unlikely that I inadvertently renamed it.

"eita" can be a Brazilian Portuguese word but I never use it, so I don't really know how it got here.

Is there an explanation?

have you updated your browser?

Are you possibly using Sync to sync bookmarks ?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite files in the Firefox profile folder.

  • use "Verify Integrity" button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page

If errors are reported with "Verify Integrity", close and restart Firefox and retry.
