Hi Firefox Monitor reports that your email address has been found in data from a data incident, but this incident may have been some time ago - possibly even before you had the email address and (in the case that you mentioned) when the service involved still existed. If the service no longer exists, there is not much more you can do in respect of changing account details, however, I would still recommend following the other advice on the Firefox Monitor site to help protect your data.
