How can I override a website's font size per domain?

Sites do weird things with font sizes and Firefox does not respect the minimum font size set in the iOS settings as an override for websites. As a result on some sites the font is too large (Pinterest) and on others it's too small (Mastodon, Twitter). I need a way to override each site's font size individually. Does this exist? If so, where/how? If not, can it get realized? Or can we get the Stylish extension so I can override styles myself?
