I downloaded "Thunderbird Setup 68.6.0.msi", it was installed without asking any questions. I encountered a similar situation when installing Firefox, but the problem was solved by downloading another installer.

What to do with the mail client? Apparently, now I have to reinstall it. And what kind of new practice is this, do everything without asking users. Programs, thanks to this are definitely not starting to work better!

Go here https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/ Click the download button. Run the installer (NOT AN MSI) and set the install folder to your choice.

How did you end up with an MSI anyway?
