I'm signed in. The settings menu still says sign in to sync

I was using the new Lockwise. And it had issues (I'll make a separate post for that)

Also, I'm wondering if using the same account and signed in from both the regular Firefox and Preview on the same device at the same time.

Just to check, are you signed in with the same username and password on both devices/copies of Firefox?
