I have no Message Filter tab on my Thunderbird mail and i am trying to set up an out of office reply. Does anyone know what I should be doing?

I am trying to set up an out of office reply and all of the instructions that I have read say to use the "Message Filter" tab, but there isn't one on my toolbar. I can save a template but that is as far as I can go. Is there a way I can do this?

Message filters are under the Tools menu. Press Alt if the Menu Bar with tools is hidden, or click the 3-bar app icon in the upper right corner and select Message Filters.
