Hi This description of the settings for Gmail might help: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thunderbird-and-gmail If you have other current and active Gmail accounts that are working - have a look at the settings - compare settings in this one with the others - and see if there are differences. "All mail" seems to be where Gmail puts everything that has not got a specific label. Agnes

I review the settings on all gmail accounts and found no issues.

I just deleted and re-installed the specific gmail account on TB. Works fine now. Thanks for your reply. Solved my issue altho in a circular way.
