How can I view my passwords in Lockwise when signed into Firefox?

more options

I can't view my passwords in Lockwise even when I'm signed into Firefox (when I click to sign in via the page in the attached screenshot I'm brought to the preferences page that shows that I'm signed in). Please see the screenshot to see the page that I'm seeing when I try viewing my passwords. Note: when I'm on a page, passwords are still suggested and can autofill.

Chosen solution

The click flow changed from when I was previously having the issue. Now when I click 'Logins and Passwords' a separate window pops up with my saved logins and passwords. So the problem has resolved.

Before, when the problem was occurring, I did click 'New Login' and was directed to my account preferences pages, already logged in. This wasn't helpful.

The problem is resolved though.

Thanks,

Sean

Hi seanbaron27,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing Firefox Lockwise.

When you are on the Firefox Lockwise website, try clicking on the New Login button on the top right corner of your screen.

Let me know if you can access your login information now.
