Autohide UI Elements in windowed mode

I am looking for a way to automatically hide the UI url bar, tabs, scrollbars until their area is hovered.

I want this to work in windowed mode as full screen is useless for me.

Basically looking for the same thing windows lets me do with the task bar.

Also I hate the scrollbars.

I find it hard to believe I have to look at the browser UI at all times taking up my screens space for no reason in 2019...
