How can I get back connection to the web with FF-Version 66.0.5 (64-bit)

I used the 64-bit-version since months/Years ??. Since the certification error and the 66.0.4-correction, FF installed by itsselve the 32-bit-Version and after the re-activation of the add-ons it is working again accurately. Also with the 66.0.5- version. After trying to install the 64-bit-version again, nothing is working, there was no connection to the web possible. Also with deactivated add-ons. What can i do??? Thanks for help!!
