I can delete top sites but - titu.power won

Running Mac on High Sierra. I can manage the top sites thumnails OK except for one - titu.poweron. I don't know what it is, but I can't delete it. If I click on delete it does not change, if I click on dismiss, it goes to position 1. I have tried deleting cookies and site history.
