Can't add an attachment in Yahoo mail with firefox 66.0.2 even in Safe Mode

Firefox 66.0.2 will not allow me to add an attachment in Yahoo Mail. When I click to Attach it just sits there. If I use Google Chrome or Edge the same file will attach in less than 10 seconds. I tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode and it still won't load the attachment. Prefer using Firefox because of Ublock but if this can't be solved I will switch to Chrome or Edge.
