When I try and reach-out for help it takes me in circles and to the THE SAME FUCKING INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!! WHY CAN I NOT FIND A EMAIL TO CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY?

In your More Systems Details by your post your User Agent or UA shows as if you have Firefox 57.0

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.14; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0

If you really only have one version of Firefox installed (downloaded from www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/) and that is 64.0.2 then maybe your UA was modified and some web sites think you have a older version?. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

WHY CAN I NOT FIND A EMAIL TO CONTACT SUPPORT DIRECTLY?

Well like the majority of companies that provide products for Free, Mozilla does not have the resources to have the call centres that would be needed to provide one on one support by email, phone or chat, especially since it would be for free.

Products that have one on one support are generally paid for products that you buy from a store or a download and activate.
