Insucure connection for 99% of websites
Just installed and get this
www.google.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown. The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates. An additional root certificate may need to be imported. Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
Read other threads, nothing helpful. 1) Time and timezone are correct 2) I Don`t have any antivirus. nothing is blocking 3) I`ve tried refreshing, reinstalling

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

If you return to the "Advanced" section were you found the code
SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
Could you click that code. Firefox should display a coded version of the certificate it can't verify. You can copy/paste that into a reply to see whether it helps identify a "man in the middle" causing this problem. Or you can paste it into a decoding page such as the following and look at the Issuer:
