I use FireFox to access a server set up on my local machine for testing purposes.

Our company was recently purchased and the network here in the office reconfigured. We're trying to get things to work with the new network.

I have a bookmark for "myMachineName.oldCompanyName.com:12443" which was working on the old network. I am trying to keep using that URL, since the certificate we set up depends on it. I put a translation for the URL to my IP address in the Windows hosts file.

But when I use that bookmark I get "(i) Secure Connection Failed / The connection to blah.blah was interrupted while the page was loading. / * The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. / * Please contract the website owners to inform them of this problem."

I don't think it's a recent FireFox update, because I get notice that those are happening. I suspect there's something about the certificate or the protocols in use that fails to match because of the new network domain, but I don't know how to verify that or fix it.

It's FireFox Quantum, 62.0.3 (64-bit), Windows 10 Pro 10.0.17134, if that helps. I tried to attach a screenshot, but that's not working for some reason. All the info is in the text above.
