Body of the original mails missed in reply to end user using saved Template +Tag Combination

I am given end users reply to received mails around to 500 to 600 mails .But difficult to me redundant this i am using Tag + saved template combination its working fine but there is one problem to me.Reply to mails that time only sent to recipient saved template text.At reply time we want saved template with body of the original mails also required. Please help me.
