Problem when installing CA

Hi there,

I'm trying to install a CA certificate in order to use my personal ID on the internet. The tutorial on my official goverment's website says that when importing the certificate I should check 3 boxes... but there's only 2 boxes(the one that's missing is the one that says "Trust this CA to identify software developers"). In any case I can't seem to get it to work and that's the only thing that's missing from my part... my question is: did this option disappear or is it hidden somewhere else? Thank in advance.
