I had to filter an address sending 100's of repetitive email, now I can't find a way to remmove the filter? It is not in tools!

Last week I had to filter email coming from a contact. His computer was sending out 100's of a repetitive email, and I was getting the same one every minute for hours and finally had to set a filter on his email address to send all these automatically to junk. I have now tried to remove the filter per the below instructions and it does not work, and there is no other help on removing a block filter? This was the supposed fix:

"The Message filter that you have created can be opened and edited by selecting the Message filters... entry in the Tools menu."

But as said above, there is no Message Filters option in the Tools menu and I am not the only one having this problem!

I just don't want my contact to think I have tried to filter/block him, but I am now in the quandary of not finding any way to release it?

What problem is that? Not knowing that there is a Tools Menu on the Menu Bar that is hidden and that you can reveal that Menu Bar by Pressing the alt key. When you use the AppMenu button, like you obviously are, Message Filters is the 2nd choice in the main menu list and not listed under Tools.

You are going to find that most help articles refer to using the Menu Bar and it is normally hidden. The alt key has revealed hidden menu bars since the beginning of Windows. Someone decided it would be fun to move the menu choices all around under the AppMenu system.

What version of TB do you have? See the attached pictures for ways to open the Message Filters window.
