Trouble connecting to IMAP server

I have just migrated my mail from Justhost to G-Suite as it would be charitable to call Justhost's customer support "incompetent"...

Mostly the migration has been easy - I moved two accounts over to G-Suite, my main and my public email accounts. The main account is the primary for G-Suite (the one it is all registered under). I have set both accounts to enable IMAP and made sure both have the same IMAP settings and on my iphone both seem to work fine, but in Thunderbird on my Mac I cannot get the second, public account to connect to the IMAP server.

Attached is the message I get when I try to get mail from the public account, there are the settings overview from the Troubleshooting dashboard and the Basic section with my system info. Hopefully you can see that both accounts have identical setup information, so I cannot understand why one would work and one not. I have gone through a few times and added/removed the account, authorised/de-authorised Thunderbird, checked and double-checked the settings and cannot find a reason why this is so.

Google support were good for other things, but they said this is a mail client issue, not a server issue, so they could not help.
